Viewing Instructions
To view the movie file you must have either QuickTime 6 or RealOne Player, both are available for Windows 98/Me/2000/XP and Macintosh Computers. IF you are installing RealOne Player you will need to update the Plugin to view Mpeg4 movie files:

RealOne Player Update Instructions:
• Download and Install RealOne Player
• Once installed, open the RealOne Player program
• In the menu go to--> Tools --> Check for Update
• On the left hand side are four choices; RealOne Player, Devices, Games, Drivers - You want choose RealOne Player
• Now scroll down and look for "Envivio Mpeg4 plugin" - check this plugin off and then click install
• Once installed you are ready to view Mpeg4 content
